      Gloria J. Chapell, 81, of Coudersport, died Aug. 29, 2010 at her home following a brief illness. Born on July 15, 1929 in Shinglehouse, she was the daughter of Fred and Hazel Wheeler Osborne. On Jan. 2, 1947, in Sweden Valley, she married Richard W. “Steve” Chapell, who survives.

Born November 26, 1970 in Kane, she was a daughter of Robert R. and Patricia L. Walker Nieshe. On September 24, 2007 in Shinglehouse, she married James L. Cobado, who survives.
