The 13th annual Bennett Reunion of the descendants of Layton Brooks Bennett & Esther Idella Snyder Bennett was held Aug. 5 at the Alan and Cindy Ramsey Estate in Rich Valley. The weather was perfect and all those who attended enjoyed games and festivities throughout the day. There were 40 family members and five guests present. Many children and adults tried canoeing and kayaking on the pond. Also, there was tubing in the river. The annual egg toss was great fun and was won by the team of Ryan and Kyle Bennett of St. Marys. Thanks to our organizers Don Miller & Lois Rader, Terri & Tom Bennett. A Special thanks to and Alan & Cindy Ramsey who hosted the event on their beautiful grounds. Next year's reunion will be held on the first Saturday in August, same time and place.
