Baiting Being Considered Deer hunters in five Pennsylvania counties would be able to attract their quarry with bait, under a proposal the Pa. Game Commission is poised to approve at its Oct. 2- 3 meeting. Hunters in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties would be permitted to distribute no more than 10 pounds of bait up to a maximum of three times per day during legal hunting hours only. They would also be permitted to hunt near any deer treatment bait station used by communities to address tick control. |
