Township officials from around Cameron County gathered on Monday to discuss common issues, ranging from the Pennsylvania Wilds initiative to the June 30 Norfolk Southern train derailment and chemical spill. Phil Scrimenti (shown) from the Governor's Center for Local Government Services, was keynote speaker. The association elected the following officers: president, H. B. Von Hause, Lumber; first VP, Bruce Brown, Portage; second VP, Ron Moore, Gibson; secretary, Sandy Hause, Lumber; assistant secretary, Cindy Summerson, Lumber.
