Cameron County kids and their parents are still benefiting from the fingerprinting and DNA kits offered by the Emporium Moose lodge. When the local Head Start program learned that the Moose had several kits remaining from its recent fingerprinting drive, they asked the Moose leaders if they'd donate. They obliged and youngsters like Bruce Cahilly III had their fingerprints put on record by Sheriff Al Neyman (left) and Emporium Borough Police Chief Rufus Jones.
