St. Marys Ins. Acquires Firm

St. Marys Insurance Agency recently acquired Boyles Insurance of Clearfield and State College, according to an announcement by co-owner Nick Guisto of Emporium.

The company also has affiliates in Johnsonburg and Bradford, employing 23 people. The 10-member staff at Boyles will be retained.

St. Marys Insurance is an independent agency with access to many carriers and full-service departments focused on commercial, personal/life, health and benefits.
