Stoltz Property Eyed The former Stoltz automotive dealership property north of the business district along Sizerville Road is being eyed for development. One portion of the property, the former sales office on the highway's east side, has been purchased by the Pa. Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources. DCNR presently operates the Elk State Forest District from an adjacent building. Stoltz's former showroom and repair bays on the west side of the road remain empty. A private company, Design Metal Plating, is seeking to purchase the property, according to the Cameron County Industrial Development Authority. Design Metal may qualify for a $100,000 loan from the authority, but must come up with another $300,000 to make the project a reality. |
