Potter County news bytes Chosen for teen pageant. A Coudersport girl is bound for the Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA Pageant in Pittsburgh Nov. 24-26. Allison Kightlinger is vying to represent Pennsylvania at the national pageant in August 2007. She's the daughter of Joe and Lisa Kightlinger and granddaughter of Dan Kightlinger Sr., Coudersport, and Amador and Katherine Garrote, Galeton. Supporting farmers. The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program will return in 2007. CSA is a 22-week subscription for fresh, locally grown produce and value-added products available weekly. Items are added to each basket depending on the growing season. In addition to fresh produce, subscribers receive maple products, baked goods, homemade jams and relishes. Caregivers in Potter County will gather for relaxation and some practical advice on Tuesday, Nov. 11, during a luncheon at Potato City Country Inn. Kathleen Wilson, MSW, will share pointers on the challenges of caring for an older and/or disabled person. Cole Care will display adaptive devices and assistive equipment.
