Competing for Miss Penna.

Emporium's Casey Freer has been selected to compete for the title of Miss Pennsylvania USA next weekend in Pittsburgh.

She is the daughter of Jeanne Miglicio and Buddy Freer of Austin and is a student at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Casey participates in volunteer work, as well as alcohol and tobacco prevention groups for kids.

Among her sponsors are: NOFTZ Sheet Metal of Pittsburgh, St. Marys Chevorlet, Eagle Express Trucking Inc., Perry's Country Store, J & J Advertising, John's Auto Repair and Freer Contracting.

The winner will qualify for the Miss USA Pageant.
