Fledderman promoted

Thomas A. Fledderman has been promoted to trust officer at Northwest Savings Bank's Investment and Trust Services Division. He'll have responsibility for business development and customer relationships in four counties, working out of the bank's St. Marys office.

Fledderman has held several positions since joining the bank in 1996. He is active with Project Gifts, Rotary and other civic organizations.
