Plan to wed

Ronald and Margaret Walsh of Kingston announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina I. Steransky, of Alexandria, Va., to Brett A. Mansfield, also of Alexandria. He is the son of Harry and Gayle Mansfield of Emporium.

Miss Steransky is a 1993 graduate of Pittston Area High School and attended King's College. She is employed as a vice president for human resources at Vance International. Her fiance is a 1994 graduate of Cameron County High School and a 1998 graduate of Robert Morris University. He earned his masters degree from Georgetown University in 2005 and is employed as a congressional affairs specialist for the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Defense.

An April 28, 2007, wedding is planned in Dallas, Pa.
