Rules against school Summer employment contracts with six employees of Coudersport Area School District have been restored by court order, resulting in back pay for the affected employees. Judge Robert E. Dalton of Tioga County found in favor of appellents, ruling that the school board's actions were "arbitrary and capricious." The affected employees are librarians Marty Maiuro and Jean Johnson, vo-ag teacher Earl Brown, and guidance counselors Linda Hamilton, Susan DeVaughn and Rachel Minard.
