Two St. Marys residents escaped serious injury
last Friday morning at about 11:30 in this one-vehicle crash. State police from Emporium said the fact that both victims were wearing seat belts likely prevented more serious injury. Michael Trumbull, 20, was westbound on Rt. 120 in Shippen Township when he lost control of the 2001 Ford F350 on a slight lefthand curve. The vehicle slid into a grassy area, struck a bank and overturned, ending up in a culvert on the north side of the highway.
