set up at the courthouse square to collect donated items and cash for Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Among the girls who took turns greeting donors and organizing the event was Jeri Houghtaling (shown). Donations of cash, clothing, movies, and other items were taken to the medical center in Washington, D.C., on Sunday. Funds will be used for physical theraapy, rehabilitation and medical procedures to help injured soldiers who are patients at Walter Reed.
