Gladys Ostrum Miller
      was presented with Emporium Rotary Club’s annual Service Above Self Award, based on her volunteerism. Program Chairman Ron Vail made the presentation. Gladys said her parents emphasized the importance of helping others and she still follows that example at age 88.
