Potter County residents sentenced for drunk driving
      Three Potter County residents were recently referred to the Accelerative Disposition Program by Judge John B. Leete for driving under the influence of alcohol. Steven Lampman, 45 of Harrison Valley was apprehended Jan. 27 when police pulled him over because a headlight and tail light were out on his car. His blood alcohol level was .10 percent.
