Deb Yavorski quietly made her way thorough Potter and McKean counties last week on a crosscountry trip she has been planning for about two decades. The 45-year-old Yavorski set out on horseback June 1 from the easternmost point of the U.S., in Quoddyhead State Park on the coast of Maine. Downtown Coudersport took a tough blow this week with confirmation that the JCPenney store, an anchor tenant in the business district, will be closing in late February. Planning Commission okays relaxed regulations
Potter County Planning Commission (PCPC) continued working on proposed amendments to the county's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance during a sometimes-heated meeting Tuesday night.
