What is 'My Side?'

My Side is our community forum.

Either by invitation or on their own initiative, people with information to share, strong opinions on public issues, or tales to tell, author essays for public review. It's a column for you, the reader.

Perhaps you feel strongly about something you perceive to be an injustice in the community. Here's your chance to speak out. Maybe you're thankful for an act of kindess or a civic organization. Now, you can share the good news with all of our readers.

It could be that you have a suggestion to improve the way our public institutions are functioning. Through My Side, you can help to expand the public dialogue. Your club or church may be holding a special event that's hard to explain in a traditional news story. Here's your chance. For that matter, maybe a trip to another community or a visit to the forest brought you a new perspective. That may also make for interesting reading.

Endeavor News reserves the right to edit submissions to My Side for grammatical errors, misspellings, poor taste, vituperative or actionable material. Any edits that are of a substantive nature will be reviewed with the author prior to publication. Anonymous submissions will be returned unread.

Electronic submissions are preferred, sent to endeavor_media@zitomedia.net. However, we'll also accept material by mail. Either way, you must include your name as well as contact information.
