Certification classes set for food handlers

ServSafe, a 15-hour certification program developed by the National Restaurant Assn., is being offered at the Potter County Education Council's Port Allegany center.

The course meets certification requirements for individuals who are responsible for handling food in restaurants, schools, eldercare facilities, lodges, bed and breakfasts, community centers, and other food concessions.
