'Living on Less' classes set

'Living on Less,' an instructional series on personal financial management, will be offered in the coming weeks by the Potter County Education Council (PCEC).

Workshops will help participants learn how to buy food in bulk, cook from scratch and ahead of time, and garden. There will also be practical tips on conserving energy and simplifying one's life, among other topics.
