 | | Night baseball comes to the Austin Little League Field this season. A work crew that included Kris Gledhill, John Rotello, Gerald Duffee, Kurt Logue, Shawn Frank, Alby Gledhill, Chris Stuckey and Tony Nichols got the lighting work underway last weekend. They were assisted by Dick Logue and Bruce Brooks. The project was the culmination of a several-year effort by members of the Austin Baseball Assn., Austin Borough and other community organizations. Funds for the project were awarded in the form of a grant from the state's Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. |
