 | | Members of the Northern Tier High School Basketball League All-Star Teams were named last week. Coudersport swept the top awards. Chris Fink and Brian Green were coaches of the year. Juniors Blair Heimel and Kristy Kamper were players of the year. Boys' all-stars included (from left): front - Colby Brookens, Port Allegany; Zak Kossack, Smethport; Justin Smith, Smethport; Jordan Crane, Cameron County; back - John Hau, Coudersport; Coach Fink and Blair Heimel. Named to the girls' all-star team were: front - Rayna Valenti, Austin; Kristin Sestina, Cameron County; Brittany Rounds, Northern Potter; Diana Phalon, Smethport; back - Kristy Kamper, Coach Green and Jessica Wilson, Coudersport. Among second-team selections were Dan Sullivan, Cameron County; Derek Burdick and Hope Morris, Coudersport; and Whitney Crosby, Austin. Receiving honorable mention were Charlie Holjencin and Whitney Lewis, Cameron County; Tim Cheplic, Austin; Colton Corey and Karli Duffee, Coudersport. |
