'Journey of the Cross' Friday

Cameron County Ministerium is sponsoring the annual Good Friday March on Friday, April 6.

The re-enactment of the pilgrimage with the cross starts at noon outside the First United Presbyterian Church, moving east to St. Mark's Catholic Church, First United Methodist Church and Abundant Life Tabernacle.

Marchers will then turn west to Cameron County Christian Center, Emmanuel Episcopal Church to Broad Street, and conclude at the First Baptist Church, where refreshments will be available in the fellowship.

Members of the public are welcome to join in. Area Transportation Authority buses will be available.
