GED classes set to begin

Free classes for those seeking a general equivalency diploma will begin on Tuesday, April 10, in Coudersport.

The sessions will prepare students for the General Education Development Test.

Registration will be held on the afternoons of Monday through Thursday, April 3 to April 5.

Additional information is available by calling the Potter County Education Council at 274-4877.

Classes will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 two or three nights per week. A schedule will be established at the April 10 session.

Adults who have not earned a high school diploma have found the GED certification to be an important tool is securing employment.
