Jr. High: Falcon girls, CCHS boys perfect

Coudersport's junior high girls continued their undefeated basketball season Thursday with a 41-19 win over Otto- Eldred. Coach Jason Streich's squad carried a 14-0 record into Friday's season finale against Oswayo Valley.

D. J. Cowburn scored 14 points and Jenna Matzinger 10 in Thursday's win.

Coudersport's boys were also victorious Thursday at Otto- Eldred, 34-31. A balanced scoring attack was led by Kevin Wolfinger's seven points.

Meanwhile, Cameron County's boys were out to polish off a perfect 14-0 junior high basketball season Friday night at Port Allegany.

The Red Raiders took care of Smethport on Thursday, 48-21, as Jason Blose (18) and Andrew Fragale (12) led the scoring attack.
