 | | Sophomore Karli Duffee shows the form she used in firing a no-hitter, as Coudersport's high school softball team blanked visiting Bradford, 4-0. Duffee struck out five batters and walked a pair, while benefitting from strong defense. She helped her own cause at the plate with two hits and a pair of runs batted in. Lauren Goga (far right) chipped in with a double. Coudersport (2-1) returned to action on Tuesday with an 11-1 win at Cameron County. Another sophomore pitcher, Megan Hau, was in total control in limiting the Red Raiders to just two hits. She struck out six and walked only one. Paul Burdick Photos |
