Attending 'Race For Hope'
      Two Cameron County High School graduates will participate in the May 6 Race for Hope in Washington, D.C. Team Brainstormers will be entering the race under the leadership of Megan Zoschg and Lisa Gillette, who organized the team to honor family members diagnosed with brain cancer.

Alumni banquet plans announced
      The Cameron County Alumni Banquet has been scheduled for the evening of Saturday, May 26, from 6:00 to 8:00 in the high school gymnasium. Banquet reservations are $14, which covers the $2.00 membership dues, the meal and alumni expenses. Deadline for reservations is May 15.

      Anyone interested in helping with this year's American Cancer Society Relay for Life is encouraged to contact Bev Stewart at 486-2039 or Vicky Cochran at 598-0277. The relay begins at 3:00 on the afternoon of June 15.
