Giannotti breaks school record

Emily Giannotti shaved 14 seconds off her school record in the 3200-meter run (11:22.1), while Cassey Stuckey edged closer to the alltime best in the 400 with her time of 1:02.9 as Coudersport (9-0) cruised past Northern Potter and Oswayo Valley in high school track Thursday.

Sprinter Jordan Bright swept the 100 (14.1) and 200 (29.1). Allison Giannotti won the 800 (2:39.3) on her way to a quadruple. Among other winners: Kristy Kamper (high jump, 4' 6"), Jessica Wilson (javelin, 101'), Sonni Gordnier (hurdles, 18.2) and Maureen McCusker (1600, 6:15.8).
