Celebrating freedom

"This is America: A Celebration of Our Country," is the theme of a freedom program to be presented at 9:15 Friday by kindergarteners at the Woodland Elementary School in Emporium.

Students have been working hard to prepare for the play, which is open to the public and free of charge.

Prior to the performance, the school will honor the winners of the nursery rhyme contest: first, Ally Narby; second, Marcus Brown; third, Lexey Ullman.
