Raider girls play two doubleheaders

Cameron County stretched visiting Otto-Eldred into extra innings before losing a tough 10-9 decision in the nitecap of a long high school softball doubleheader Monday.

Shelby Summers and Jessica Ellenberger each had three hits for the Raiders, while Julia Glosek doubled.

Otto-Eldred won the opener, 14-4, despite a double and two RBI from Raider Courtney Glover.

Cameron County also played a doubleheader on Wednesday and earned a split with Oswayo Valley. Pitcher Danika Grom yielded just four hits in the Raiders' 13-4 win. OV pulled out a 12-10 win in game two.
