Weather prognosticators are predicting that the summer of 2007 in the United States will be hotter than that of 2006, the hottest summer since the famous "Dust Bowl" of the 1930s. Locally, temperatures have remained steady in the 80s and it's not even summer yet. The warm weather even makes the cold tap water running down this water slide tolerable for three-year-old Jacob Hooftallen.
