Church plans community supper

Keating Summit United Methodist Church will host its next community supper on Wednesday (June 20), from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. The church is located on Rt. 607, near the Rt. 155 intersection.

The first community supper was well-attended and the organizers expect another good turnout Wednesday. It will include chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, cranberry sauce and assorted desserts.

Tickets are $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for children 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. Advance tickets are available from Janice Baker (642-7994), Bonnie Wood (642-9341), Russ Moore (642-0925) or Frieda Tompkins (642-7240). Tickets will also be available at the door.

Proceeds will benefit Keating Summit United Methodist Church.
