Church service July 22 at Dam

Special music in a special setting will be part of the "Praising God at the Dam" service, being held at 11:00 Sunday morning, July 22, at the Austin Dam Memorial Park. It's sponsored by the Austin United Methodist Church.

Musical guest is the Christian band, Freznel Lenz, featuring rock, blues and other contemporary forms of Christian music. Primary speaker will be the Rev. John Baney.

The park was selected because it's the site of the fifth annual Dam Show, a music festival running from Friday through Sunday, July 20-22. Freznel Lenz will be among the Dam Show performers on Sunday afternoon.
