Attend Pitt-Bradford summer camp

Several local high school students are studying communications, drama, technology, entrepreneurship and the arts during the annual Seneca Highlands Summer Academy at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Students are recommended by their high school teachers or guidance counselors based on their academic or creative talents.

Steven Singer from Cameron County is among students in the drama and communications academy.

Among those studying technology and entrepreneurial sciences are Cree Flory from Austin, and Victoria Lippert and Ed Pizzella, both from Cameron County.

Students studying arts and sculpture include Garrett Borden, Meredith Caldwell and Therese Reynolds, all from Cameron County.
