Members of the Cameron County Ambulance Board were presented a check for $10,000 from the Cameron County Cardiac Committee. Funds will be used to purchase new Advanced Life Support equipment. The committee has annually held a Tag Day and fund drive, and recently recruited Woodland Elementary School students to become involved in raising funds. Ambulance Board members attended the ceremonial check presentation to show their appreciation for the donation.
