WFRM to sponsor Music 'showdown'

Radio Station WFRM-AM 600 of Coudersport is joining a national country music talent search. Local Colgate Country Showdown competition will be held on the stage of the Potter County Fair in Millport on Saturday, Aug. 4, starting at 1:00 p.m.

About $200,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded nationwide. The national winner will appear in a televised special.
