Keating Summit community supper planned

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the Classic Summer Cookout Dinner on Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 5:00 to 7:30 at the Keating Summit United Methodist Church on Rt. 607, 1/4 mile off Rt. 155.

Live southern-style gospel music by the Glenn Lucas Family will be featured from 7:00 to 8:30. On the menu will be hamburgers, hot dogs, sloppy joes, baked beans, potato salad, coffee, tea and punch, and desserts.

Tickets are available at the door: $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for children ages 6-12, and free for children five and under. All proceeds benefit the Keating Summit United Methodist Church.
