Britton finalist in national beauty pageant

Taylor Elizabeth Britton

Taylor Elizabeth Britton, 5, was a state finalist in the National American Miss Pageant in Harrisburg. She is the daughter of David and Leane Britton of Emporium.

Judging was based on "inner beauty," as well as poise and presentation. Emphasis was placed on self-confidence, learning new skills, developing good attitudes and setting personal goals.

Taylor is involved in Daisy Scouts, dancing and various clubs. Her National American Miss sponsors include Tim and Jen Olivett and B&B Tool and Die.
