Everyone knows some of the state's best chefs live right here in Cameron County.

They'll prove it once again at the Cameron County Fair during Tuesday night's Great Chili Cookoff.

Just prepare your best batch of chili or a barbecued item and bring your entry to the fairgrounds. A team of judges will vote on the prize winners at 5:30 and then everyone can enjoy the bounty.
