Beautiful baby will win basket of prizes!

A basket of gifts awaits the winner of the Beautiful Baby Contest at this year's Cameron County Fair.

Contestants' pictures will be posted at Beaver Hall during fair week and votes will consist of donations of 10 cents. Proceeds will help defray the costs of this year's fair.

It's open to all Cameron County babies who are less than two years old as of Aug. 5. To enter, bring a photo of the baby (framed and ready for hanging) to Beaver Hall. On the back of the picture, include baby's name and age, as well as parents' address and phone number.

Winner will be announced on the stage Friday night at 6:30.
