Two enter guilty pleas Andrew James Green, 26, of Emporium entered a guilty plea of driving under the influence during July court proceedings in front of President Judge Rich Masson. Case stems from an April 17 incident that took place on Plank Road Hollow. It was Green's third offense in a 10- year span. He will face a minimum of one year in jail. Green had a BAC of .206. He will be sentenced on Sept. 18. In other court proceedings, Louis Nichols Woyton, 53 entered a guilty plea for a DUI that took place in Gibson Township last year. As he has had more than three DUI charges within the last ten years, Woyton surrendered his license and will be subject to the maximum penalty: up to five years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. His sentencing will take place Oct. 16. |
