Clam chowder was once again a big hit at the Emporium Rotary Club's annual picnic Wednesday. The club's biggest annual fundraiser, the picnic is held at the Bucktail Rod and Gun Club and attended by over 300 people every year. After dinner, Doc Blackburn filled quart containers with chowder that was quickly bought up by guests. Other menu items included steak, shrimp, corn on the cob and clams.
