'Music and Stars' set for Sept. 22
      Plans are in place for the second "Music and Stars" concert and astronomy program at Cherry Springs State Park. The date is Saturday, Sept. 22. Music by the 15-Bean Band will be followed with guided tours of the night sky at Pennsylvania's official darksky preserve.
