Pennsylvania Wilds workshop

Application deadline is Sept. 30 for those interested in attending a three-day Pennsylvania Wilds workshop in St. Marys entitled, "Balancing Nature and Commerce for Sustainable Community Development."

Participants will learn how to use natural, recreational and scenic assets to enhance their local economy and maintain the heritage and character of their communities.

Teams of four to six participants are encouraged to apply, at a cost of $200 per team. The Galeton area is currently putting together a team.
