Fight Against Drug Abuse

Emporium Borough Police Chief Rufus Jones (left) encouraged members of the community to join the fight against drug abuse during his recent presentation to Emporium Rotary Club. "People know their community," Chief Jones said. "If anyone sees anything that seems suspicious, please report it." Jones also offered to help citizens interested in starting their own Community Block Watch crime prevention groups. He is show with Rotary program chair William Olivett.
