Ingalls graduates from Army ROTC Eugene P. Ingalls of The 33-day course provides Coudersport recently professional training and graduated from the Army evaluation in military life, ROTC (Reserve Officer administration and logistical Training Corps) Leader support. Cadets in their junior Development and Assessment and senior year of college must Course, also known as complete training. Upon "Operation Warrior Forge," at graduation from college, they Fort Lewis in Tacoma, Wash. are commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army, National Guard, or Reserve. Ingalls is a student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is the son of Alwin E. and Midge Ingalls of Coudersport, and is a 2002 graduate of Coudersport High School. |
