Coudersport is all decked out in its autumn motif to host this weekend's Falling Leaves Festival. Among the highlights is a parade at 1 p.m. Saturday and a '50s-style dance at 7:30 Saturday night. This swinging duo should be a strong contender in the scarecrow contest.
