Two drivers are facing driving under the influence (DUI) charges following a crash that took place on Lyman Run Road last Saturday night.
Police list both Ronald Bliss, 29, of Marvin Street, Smethport and Brandi Morgan, of the same address, as drivers.
Police said the driver of the 1989 Chevrolet truck was driving too fast on the dirt road and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to careen into an embankment and flip over onto its roof.
Both Bliss and Morgan, according to police, left the scene before police arrived. They were later found and charged with DUI.
Police said a 12-year-old was a passenger in the vehicle. All three occupants were transported to Cole Memorial Hospital for observation.
Apparently neither Bliss nor Morgan cooperated with police, so both were charged with summary traffic offenses in addition to DUI.
The vehicle was damaged enough that it was towed from the scene by Black's Towing of Shinglehouse.
Accident took place about three miles east of Billy Lewis Road in Ulysses Township, Potter County.

Two passengers of a 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle avoided injury in a crash in Abbott Township, Potter County, last Saturday.
Police said Peter Groh, 52, of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, lost control of the motorcycle on the gravel berm on a curve in the road. The bike slid 70 feet on its side and hit an embankment. Both passengers were thrown from the vehicle. They were wearing helmets.
