Emporium Halloween set

Emporium Borough has set its annual Halloween trick or treat for Saturday, Oct. 27, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Residents who wish to encourage trick-or-treaters should switch on their porchlights. Motorists are advised to be on the lookout for the youngsters in costume as they scurry around town, not always mindful of traffic.
