 | | Expansion of the Seneca Highlands Vo-Tech School in Port Allegany will allow for a broader curriculum and additional students. Don Raydo from Seneca Highlands discussed the school at a recent Emporium Rotary meeting. He is shown with program chair Becky Pasquinelli. Raydo said the expansion will cost about $9 million. Among the additions will be a culinary arts program. Seneca Highlands is also offering evening classes for adults. In other business, Rotarians were informed that the District Foundation dinner will be held in Bedford on Nov. 10. Those interested in attending should contact Georgiann Holly. Cameron County School District administrator Clyde Moate attended the meeting and expressed an interested in joining Rotary. Club members also announced they will be presenting a Paul Harris Fellow Award at a dinner on Nov. 24 at the VFW. Members should make reservations. Rotary's Highway Cleanup will be held Sunday, Oct. 21, at 10 a.m. |
